These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between customers and SelÖnKor GmbH through this online shop. Deviating customer terms are not accepted unless expressly agreed by us.

The product presentation in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed when we accept your order by confirmation email or by shipping the goods.

Wine, Rakı, and other alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.

All prices include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply and are shown separately during checkout.

Payment can be made by card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods offered during checkout. Payment is due upon contract conclusion.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within Germany. Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Statutory warranty provisions apply. In case of defects, customers are entitled to statutory rights.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
